By downloading or using Calcrete ("the App"), provided by Jade Clear, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Some features require a purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds are at Apple's discretion (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Don't misuse the App, reverse-engineer it except as allowed by law, or use it unlawfully.
You own the content you create. The App stores it on your device; you are responsible for your data and any backups.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. Calcrete's measurements and material estimates are provided for convenience only; you are responsible for verifying every result before ordering materials or relying on it for construction work.
To the extent permitted by law, Jade Clear is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
