PDFify ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled in PDFify — an image-to-PDF conversion app designed with privacy as a core principle.
PDFify is designed as a completely local application.
- Your photos never leave your device. All image-to-PDF conversion happens entirely on your iPhone.
- We do not upload your photos or generated PDFs to any server, cloud service, or third party.
- We do not have access to view, store, or analyze your photos or PDFs in any way.
- Generated PDFs are stored temporarily for sharing or saving to the Files app, and are managed locally on your device.
This local-first approach means your photos and documents remain private and under your control at all times.
- PDFify does not require any account creation or sign-in.
- We do not collect your email, name, phone number, or any other personal information.
- You can use all features of the app without providing any personal data.
- PDFify does not collect usage analytics or behavioral data.
- We do not use any analytics SDKs to track how you use the app.
- No photo data, PDF content, or metadata is ever transmitted from your device.
PDFify requests only the permissions necessary to function:
- Photo Library Access
Required to select photos for PDF conversion. Photos are accessed only when you explicitly choose them through the system photo picker.
We do not access contacts, camera, location data, microphone, or other unrelated device information.
- PDFify does not use advertising SDKs.
- We do not display ads in the app.
- We do not track users across other apps or websites.
- We do not collect any data for advertising or profiling purposes.
- All photo-to-PDF conversion occurs locally on your device.
- Photos and PDFs are never transmitted over the internet.
- We have no servers that receive or store your photos or documents.
- Device-level protections (such as Face ID, Touch ID, and passcode settings) help safeguard your photo library and files.
- Your original photos
- Your generated PDF documents
- Photo metadata (location, date, camera info)
- Any content within your photos or PDFs
PDFify uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions (PDFify Pro). RevenueCat may process:
- Anonymous app user identifiers
- Subscription status and transaction data
- Basic device information (iOS version, device model)
RevenueCat does not receive any photo data, PDF content, or personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for subscription management.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
