PDFify is a photo-to-PDF conversion application that allows you to create high-quality PDF documents from your photos instantly.
The service is intended for personal use to help you:
- Convert photos into professional PDF documents
- Arrange and reorder images before exporting
- Choose from standard page sizes (Original, A4, Letter)
- Share or save PDFs for work, school, or personal use
You agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- All image-to-PDF conversion is performed entirely on your device.
- Your photos and generated PDFs are never uploaded to any server or cloud service.
- We do not have access to view, store, or process your photos or documents remotely.
- You are solely responsible for the photos you choose to convert and the PDFs you generate.
- You must have the legal right to use and modify any photos you process through the app.
- Do not use PDFify to process photos that you do not own or have permission to use.
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable functionality, PDFify does not guarantee:
- Specific output file sizes for generated PDFs
- Identical visual quality between original photos and PDF pages
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
We are not responsible for features failing due to factors including but not limited to:
- Insufficient device storage
- Unsupported photo formats
- Device or operating system limitations
- Memory constraints when processing large numbers of images
Photo-to-PDF conversion may involve image scaling and optimization. By using PDFify, you acknowledge that:
- PDF pages may differ in appearance from original photos depending on the selected page size and fit options
- Images are optimized (downsampled to a maximum of 2048px dimension) to ensure reliable PDF generation
- Results may vary depending on the original photo characteristics
- We recommend reviewing the PDF preview before sharing or saving
PDFify offers a premium subscription ("PDFify Pro") that unlocks additional features, including standard page sizes (A4, Letter) and page fit options.
- Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and processed via RevenueCat.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- The core photo-to-PDF conversion with Original page size is available for free.
- Free users may see occasional prompts to upgrade to Pro.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- PDFify shall not be liable for any loss of data, document quality issues, or any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the app.
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from generated PDFs being unsuitable for your intended purpose.
- Use of the service is at your own risk.
- PDFify does not modify or delete your original photos.
- Your original photos remain unchanged in your photo library after PDF conversion.
- We recommend maintaining backups of important photos.
Your privacy is important to us. PDFify is designed with privacy as a core principle:
- No cloud uploads — all processing happens locally
- No account required — use the app without providing personal information
- No analytics collection — we do not track how you use the app

All content, design, and original logic of PDFify are the intellectual property of the developer.
You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the application.
You may stop using PDFify at any time by deleting the app from your device. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your device's Settings.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms.
- We may discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
- Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the app's features.
- PDFs you have already generated and saved will remain on your device.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Continued use of PDFify after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
